About
Based in Norfolk since 1997, the Virginia Arts Festival presents a multi-week spring season spanning classical music, jazz, world music and dance, often in partnership with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. The organization also commissions new works and hosts U.S. premieres, alongside education programs for schools across southeastern Virginia.
