2ANNAS is the Riga International Short Film Festival in Latvia, founded in 1996 and held annually in the capital. It is the only festival in Latvia entirely dedicated to short films, showcasing original and socially engaged work, and it is known for its parties in unconventional venues tied to other city cultural events such as the White Night forum.
