Academie d'orchestre symphonique

This symphonic orchestra academy, run by the Orchestre des Jeunes du Centre, brings together young instrumentalists in Tours each summer, coached by young professional musicians. Rehearsals take place over two weeks at the Francis Poulenc conservatory, with a programme combining core orchestral repertoire and rarer pieces, open to those holding a DEM diploma or enrolled in an advanced conservatory cycle.
