About
Founded in 1998 by pianist Elena Bashkirova, the Festival de Jérusalem is an international chamber music festival. Since 2011, the Philharmonie de Paris has hosted a biennial edition, bringing together musicians from around the world around a classical and romantic repertoire, despite a sometimes tense political backdrop. Performers such as violinist Michael Barenboim and clarinetist Pascal Moraguès have taken part.
