Founded in 1968 in Samois-sur-Seine, near Fontainebleau, this festival takes place outdoors on the Île du Berceau, in the commune where Django Reinhardt is buried. It is devoted to gypsy jazz and showcases emerging talent in that tradition alongside established jazz artists.
