Ice Sculpture Festival

The Jelgava international ice sculpture festival brings together sculptors from several countries each winter, in early February, working outdoors in a park in the Latvian city. The pieces stay on display until milder March temperatures cause them to melt. The 2026 edition is the twenty seventh, marking a long running fixture of Jelgava's winter cultural life.
