Lampa Conversation Festival

The Lampa Conversation Festival is a large, free open-air civic gathering held every summer in Cēsis, Latvia, since 2015. Inspired by Nordic and Baltic democracy festivals, it brings together hundreds of talks and discussions on culture, politics, education and climate, open to everyone regardless of political views, age or background.
