Noorderzon Performing Arts Festival Groningen

Noorderzon takes place every summer in Groningen, the Netherlands, centred on the Noorderplantsoen city park and various venues across town. Originally a small offshoot of the theatre festival The Parade, it has grown into a major event blending theatre, music, dance and visual art in festival tents and on the streets. The park grounds and several of its stages are free to access, making it both an adventurous arts festival and a large-scale summer city celebration.
