Nordland Music Festival

The Nordland Music Festival (Nordland Musikkfestuke) takes place every year in early August in Bodø, in northern Norway, and ranks among the country's largest festivals, drawing around 25,000 visitors over its ten days. Its ambitious program spans classical, jazz, folk and pop music, featuring international soloists and ensembles in a relaxed setting. The Norwegian choir Det Norske Solistkor plays a prominent role, performing at several venues around the city during festival week.
