Saint-jean cassien

This choral music festival takes place in Le Tignet and neighboring towns of the Pays de Grasse (Saint-Cézaire, Spéracèdes, Saint-Vallier, Cabris, Peymeinade), centered on the Saint-Jean-Cassien church. Several amateur choirs perform over the course of a week, drawing on a repertoire that blends sacred, lyrical and traditional works. The closing concert, performed by a combined ensemble, tackles major choral and symphonic pieces such as Verdi's Requiem or Orff's Carmina Burana.
