The Vans Warped Tour, a traveling festival launched in the United States in 1995 around the punk, skate and alternative rock scenes, first stopped in Montreal in 1996 before returning in 2026 to Parc Jean-Drapeau. The Montreal edition keeps the tour's outdoor multi-stage format with skateboarding demonstrations, bringing together veteran pop punk acts such as Simple Plan and Bowling For Soup.
