Le festival
Fondé en 1965 par le compositeur Andrzej Markowski, Wratislavia Cantans (« Wrocław chantante » en latin) est un festival d'oratorios et de cantates centré sur la voix humaine. Les concerts se déroulent dans des lieux patrimoniaux de Wrocław, dont la basilique Sainte Élisabeth, et dans les salles du National Forum of Music. Depuis 2013, la direction artistique est assurée par le chef italien Giovanni Antonini.
