1001 Bass Music festival

Founded in 2012 in Saint-Étienne by the association 1001 Bass, active since 2005 in promoting electronic music culture between Lyon and Saint-Étienne, this festival runs every autumn over three days at Le Fil (a certified music venue) and the Palais des Spectacles. Its programme spans techno, trance, house, electro, minimal, progressive, drum and bass and hardcore across up to five simultaneous stages, with immersive stage design, video mapping and exhibitions. It draws close to 3,000 attendees around some forty artists each edition.
