60x60

60x60 is not a traditional festival but a music project created by Vox Novus and its founder Robert Voisey, gathering sixty electroacoustic or acousmatic works by sixty different composers, each capped at sixty seconds. Played continuously for an hour and synchronized to a clock so each new minute brings a new piece, the project has run since 2003 and has been presented in dozens of cities across more than thirty countries. Regional and themed editions have emerged over the years, including an all-women mix, alongside a choreographic spinoff called 60x60 Dance.
