The 8 Festival brings an alternative rock, indie, post punk and experimental lineup to Vilnius, with headliners such as Squid, Shame and Bombay Bicycle Club. Organised by the 8 Days A Week collective, it drew attention early on, earning a Best New Festival nod at the European Festival Awards and Best Overseas Festival at the UK Festival Awards.
