Overview
About
A Travers Chants takes place each March in Cossé-le-Vivien, in the Mayenne department, across several village venues including the Salle Pierre-Jack. Founded more than 25 years ago, it is devoted to French chanson, pairing established artists with emerging talent, with openings toward world and Afro-Latin music. The format stays deliberately small-scale, with a free book fair on the Sunday.
