ACC World Music Festival

The ACC World Music Festival was held annually at the Asia Culture Center in Gwangju, one of the city's major artistic events. It brought together musicians from many countries around world music, with workshops and talks touching on jazz, music criticism and traditional instruments such as the gayageum. To mark the ACC's tenth anniversary, the event was reworked and rebranded as the ACC X Music Festival, with a new focus on cross-cultural and emerging sounds.
