Andong Mask Dance Festival

The Andong International Mask Dance Festival is held every year in Andong, in North Gyeongsang Province, with part of the program staged in the nearby UNESCO World Heritage village of Hahoe. Built around talnori, Korea's traditional masked dance-drama, it brings together domestic troupes and international companies for daily parades, main-stage performances and mask-making workshops. Admission is free, drawing a wide audience of both Korean and foreign visitors.
