Art and Soul Oakland

Art and Soul Oakland takes place in downtown Oakland, around Frank Ogawa Plaza, and has offered for more than two decades a varied music lineup alongside a local artisan market and food ranging from global cuisines to traditional American fare. Admission is free, making it a family oriented event open to a wide Bay Area audience.
