August Jam

August Jam was an outdoor rock festival held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. It took place just once, in the summer of 1974, headlined by the Allman Brothers Band, Foghat, the Marshall Tucker Band and Black Oak Arkansas, drawing a crowd so large it was, at the time, the biggest concert ever staged in the state.
