About
Founded in 2002, the Azkena Rock Festival takes place at Mendizabala, on the outskirts of Vitoria-Gasteiz, capital of the Basque Country in Spain. Its lineup centers on rock in its many forms, from classic rock to stoner and garage, and has over the years hosted acts such as Bob Dylan, Patti Smith, The Who, Iggy Pop, Ozzy Osbourne and Pearl Jam.
