Overview

About

Founded in 1990 on the campus of Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, this classical music festival devotes each August edition to a single composer, explored through their works and the literary, artistic and political context of their era. Concerts take place at the Fisher Center, designed by Frank Gehry, in formats combining performance with scholarly talks.
