About
Founded in 1989 around the bandshell at Kew Gardens, the festival has grown to span several parks in Toronto's lakeside Beaches neighbourhood, including Woodbine Park, plus Queen Street East for StreetFest, where stages line close to two kilometres of the street. Admission is free across the entire program, which mixes jazz, salsa, and tribute concerts over nearly a month in July.
