Bevrijdingsfestival Fryslân

Held every year on May 5 in the city centre of Leeuwarden, in Friesland, this free festival marks the liberation of the Netherlands in 1945. Multiple outdoor stages host a mix of pop, rock, hip hop and dance music, alongside activities centred on freedom and a dedicated kids' area.
