Big Barn Dance Taos

Founded by musician Michael Hearne out of informal dance parties held during the 1990s at Casa de Caballos Ranch near Taos, the Big Barn Dance later moved to Red Willow Park in the center of town. Over three days it brings together folk, Americana and bluegrass acts, with two covered dance floors under a large outdoor tent, set against the mountains surrounding Taos.
