Boomtown

Boomtown Fair is an English music and immersive theatre festival held over five days each August on the Matterley Estate near Winchester in Hampshire, running since 2009 (at its current site since 2011). The site takes the form of a fictional city divided into districts, where concerts and theatrical trails follow a storyline that evolves each year and invites the crowd to take an active part in it. The music spans genres from reggae and hip-hop to punk, techno and drum and bass, with several hundred artists performing across dozens of stages.
