About
Buskers Bern brings Bern's old town to life, from the Clock Tower to the Bear Park, turning cobbled squares like Schmiedenplatz, Kornhausplatz and Casinoplatz into open-air stages. Launched in 2004, this street music festival gathers dozens of acts from around the world over three days, spanning jazz, folk, world music, rock and street theatre across hundreds of performances. Performers receive no fixed fee, relying instead on donations from the crowd, and the event marks the close of the Bernese summer holidays.
