Buzau International Arts Festival

The Buzău International Arts Festival (BIAF) is held every year in Buzău, Romania, spreading film, theatre, visual arts, literature and music across roughly a month. Born in 2021 from the merger of the BUZZ IFF film festival and the independent theatre festival COMIC 7B, it quickly outgrew its local roots to become a European cultural hub, carrying the EFFE quality label. The programme combines street performances, exhibitions and international guests across venues throughout the town.
