About
Capitol Hill Block Party is a music and arts festival held every summer in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Founded in 1997, it takes over the neighborhood's streets, bars and independent venues, including Neumos and Barboza, for three days of roughly a hundred performances spanning rock, pop, hip-hop and electronic music. The 21-and-over event is known for its street-festival format woven into Seattle's nightlife and local music scene.
