Cassel Cornemuses

Founded in 1995 at the initiative of the Departement du Nord, this festival devoted to traditional music and bagpipes was held on the hills of Mont Noir, near Cassel. It brought together some twenty bands across about ten stages, alongside a musical flea market, all offered free of charge and centred on encounters between musicians and audience.
