Chauffer dans la noirceur

Chauffer dans la Noirceur is an eco-citizen festival held on the beach of Montmartin-sur-Mer, in the Manche department, amid a preserved natural landscape of endless dunes. Founded in 1993 following an encounter between musicians from Normandy and Quebec, it takes its name from a Quebecois expression meaning to drive through the night. The lineup mixes Norman and international artists under a large tent visible from the village heights, with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
