Cigale is a beach festival held at Baie de Beauport, on the Saint Lawrence River in Quebec City. Launched in 2022, it cultivates a West Coast-inspired vibe combining music, sunshine and river views, with a three-day pop, indie and electro lineup. The event centers on a laid-back mix of music, beach and street food.
