Cotati Jazz Festival

The Cotati Jazz Festival is an outdoor music festival held annually in Cotati, California, since 1981, typically in mid-June on the town's central La Plaza Park. Taken over by the local chamber of commerce in 2003, it became free to attend in 2006 and broadened its lineup beyond jazz to include rock, folk, funk and soul, eventually being renamed simply the Music Festival in 2018. Its friendly, small-town atmosphere in Sonoma County makes it a favorite gathering for local residents.
