About
Cotton Fest took place at The Station, the former Newtown railway station in Johannesburg, South Africa. Founded by rapper and cultural icon Riky Rick, it blended hip-hop, amapiano, house, R&B, trap and gqom across its stages, alongside fashion pop-ups, live art and skate sessions. The festival came to an end after its 2025 edition, though organisers said its associated creative programme for young talent would continue.
