About
Founded in 2008 by the association Culture Plus, Couleurs Urbaines brings together reggae, dub, dancehall, hip-hop and bass tropicale across several stages. It takes place at the Parc de la Navale in La Seyne-sur-Mer, near Toulon, a former shipyard site converted into a seafront green space.
