Decibel Festival

The Decibel Festival ran in Seattle from 2003 to 2015, with concerts, screenings and exhibitions spread across venues in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and downtown. Founded by Sean Horton, it grew into one of the leading electronic music and digital arts festivals in the United States, with attendance rising from about 2,500 to 25,000 over the years.
