About
Détours de Babel is a world music, jazz and contemporary music festival organized by the Centre international des musiques nomades (CIMN), launched in 2011 in Grenoble. Over several weeks it presents dozens of concerts and new creations across Grenoble and roughly thirty towns in the Isère region, bringing together artists from many countries. The festival stands out for its accessible, boundary-crossing approach blending traditional and contemporary music.
