About
Écaussystème takes place each summer in Gignac, a small rural commune in the Lot department, pairing a contemporary music lineup with a stated commitment to sustainable development. It had reached its 24th edition in 2026, ultimately banned by prefectural order due to a heatwave. The festival built its identity around this rural setting and ecological focus.
