Overview

About

Edmonton's Labatt Blues Festival (later known as the Edmonton Blues Festival) was a blues festival founded in 1999 in Edmonton, Alberta, running for three days in mid-August at the Heritage Amphitheatre in Hawrelak Park. Led by co-producers Cam Hayden and Carrol Deen, it was known for never booking the same act twice, giving audiences a fresh lineup each year. Recognized by the Memphis-based Blues Foundation, it was permanently discontinued after its final edition in 2024.
