En Chair et en Son

En Chair et en Son is a festival held at Le Cube in Issy-les-Moulineaux, bringing butoh dance into dialogue with acousmatic music. Dancers' gestures respond to sound diffused through an acousmonium of some thirty loudspeakers set up inside the digital creation centre. Organized by Le Cube, the Aventures Électroacoustiques association and the Motus collective, it offers several days of encounter between these two demanding disciplines.
