Encuentro de Nueva Danza y Nueva Música

Held annually in Mexico City, mainly at the Centro Nacional de las Artes (Cenart), during the month of March, this gathering began in 2000 and grew into an independent event a few years later. It brings together choreographers, composers and performers around emerging works that blend contemporary dance with new music. Run largely on volunteer effort, it keeps an experimental, community feel and bridges academic and professional circles.
