Overview
About
Founded in 1990 at the Halles de Schaerbeek, the Couleur Café festival moved to the Tour et Taxis industrial site and then, in 2017, to Osseghem Park next to the Atomium in Brussels. Its lineup, originally centered on African and Afro-Cuban music, has broadened to urban and world music.
