Festival de Inverno de Campos do Jordão

Held every year in July in Campos do Jordão, in the state of São Paulo, this classical music festival takes place mainly at the Auditório Cláudio Santoro. Founded in 1970 on the initiative of conductors such as Eleazar de Carvalho, Camargo Guarnieri and Souza Lima, it has become the leading concert music event in Latin America, combining orchestral concerts, recitals and an extensive pedagogical program for young instrumentalists and conductors.
