Festival de la Croix-Rousse

The Festival de la Croix-Rousse animates the Jardin des Chartreux each year, on Lyon's Croix-Rousse hill. A free festive day partly aimed at families, it offers afternoon workshops, games and taster activities before giving way to evening concerts and late DJ sets. The music lineup spans pop-rock, world music, afrobeat, funk, reggae and RnB, reflecting the convivial, working-class spirit of this Lyon neighborhood.
