Festival de musique country

The Craponne-sur-Arzon Country Festival takes place on the last weekend of July at the Parc des Étoiles, in this Haute-Loire town. Founded in 1988, it has grown into one of France's leading country music gatherings, drawing crowds from across the region. Ticketed concerts at the park run alongside free entertainment in the town center, all steeped in western imagery, complete with a mechanical bull, a parade of American cars and bikers.
