About
Founded in 1995 by cellist Denis Brott, the Montreal Chamber Music Festival brings together ensembles performing the classical repertoire, from Bach to Schubert, alongside jazz programming each summer. Concerts take place mainly at Salle Bourgie and the Maison symphonique, supplemented by free open-air performances. The festival showcases emerging Canadian musicians.
