Festival des Arcs

The Festival des Arcs takes place each summer in the Les Arcs resort in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Savoie, close to the Swiss border. Founded in the 1970s, it is entirely devoted to classical music and pairs an academy bringing together young musicians from around the world with internationally renowned performers. Concerts, held at altitude facing Mont Blanc, are free to attend, giving the event a distinctive place among classical music festivals.
