Festival des foins

The Festival des Foins takes place in June in Saint-Germain-des-Champs, in the Morvan region, on an open air field surrounded by meadows and farmland. Its eclectic lineup mixes pop, rock, blues and folk, aimed at bringing contemporary music to a rural area where such cultural offerings are scarce. The laid back, countryside atmosphere, carried by volunteers and locals alike, is a big part of this local event's charm.
