Festival des Traversées Tatihou

The Traversées Tatihou festival takes place each summer on the island of Tatihou, off Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue in the Manche department, reachable on foot at low tide. Founded in the mid 1990s, it champions what it calls open-sea music, spanning Celtic, Mediterranean and African sounds. Access to the island, governed by the tides, shapes how concerts and crowd movement are organised.
