Festival du jeune art russe

This festival is hosted at the Palais des festivals in Cannes, co-produced by the city, the Palais and the Foundation for Russian Culture as part of Franco-Russian cultural exchange. Since 2006 it has brought together, over several days in August, young musicians from Moscow's Gnessin School alongside prize-winners from the Cannes Conservatory for free classical concerts. The programme also weaves in dance, painting and circus arts, making it a genuine launchpad for young talent from both countries.
